Synopsis

Five women and men share their story of career change and transition after age 50. They describe their experiences as they seek new work opportunities and 'redirect' into new work pursuits. Their stories inspire and enlighten others. Viewers learn that job change can happen at any age, and aging isn't what it used to be.
